New Branson Airport Under Construction
A new general aviation airport is under construction in Branson West that will provide more convenient and quicker access for the aviation community to the Branson area. This will be the seventh new airport built by MoDOT since 1990. The airport will have a 5,000-foot runway and foster development of other businesses in this region. The Branson West Municipal Airport should be completed in late summer 2008 and will be open to the public.
