I-44 Road Work Schedule:
- Springfield Area: One westbound lane closed in various locations. Mile Markers 118-113. Pavement repair.
Area Road Work Schedule:
- HEADS UP: One southbound lane of Route 65 open to traffic between Fair Grove and Springfield. Only one northbound lane on Route 65 open. NO PASSING allowed on Route 65 between Fair Grove and Springfield. Route 65 speed limit reduced to 55 mph where crews are working.
- Glenstone Avenue between Commercial and Dale streets: One southbound lane closed. Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railroad crews repairing railroad bridge. Work hours: 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Glenstone Avenue in Springfield: Lane closings in various locations. Patching potholes.
- Chestnut Expressway between Broadway and Kansas avenues: Lane closings. Concrete repair.
- Chestnut Expressway in Springfield: Workers and equipment close to traffic. Mowing.
- Greene County Route H (Glenstone Avenue) between Springfield and the Greene/Polk County line near Greene County Route CC. Workers and equipment close to traffic. Mowing.
- Greene County Route 60/413 between Greene County Route M/MM and the Republic city limits: Start and stop operation. Replacing road signs along length of roadways. Watch for flashing warning lights on trucks. Obey flaggers where set up behind the sign crew.
- Greene County Route C north of Springfield: Start and stop operation. Replacing road signs along length of roadways. Watch for flashing warning lights on trucks. Obey flaggers where set up behind the sign crew.
- EARLY HEADS UP: RAILROAD CROSSING CLOSED THURSDAY, OCT. 9 -- Route 14 west of Billings closed at Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railroad tracks on Thursday, Oct. 9. BNSF will repair crossing. Work Hours: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Route 14 traffic will be detoured through Billings along Washington Street (at the traffic signal at Route 60) and Main Street (north of Route 60) in Billings.
- Route 14 at Route 65 in Ozark: Traffic shift eastbound. Contractor crews widening Route 14.
- Christian County Route H south of Chadwick: Workers and equipment. Mowing.
- Laclede County Route W between Lebanon and Phillipsburg: Workers and equipment close to traffic. Mowing.
- Route 60 in areas between Cabool and Mountain Grove: Lane closings in either direction. Contractor crews smoothing concrete pavement in eastbound lanes and laying new asphalt driving surface in westbound lanes.
- Wright County Routes B, E and W in the Hartville area: Start and stop operation. Replacing road signs along length of roadways. Watch for flashing warning lights on trucks. Obey flaggers where set up behind the sign crew.
- Taney County Route BB near Hollister: One-lane traffic. Patching.
- Stone County Route M over McCullah Creek near Browns Spring: One-lane traffic. Sealing bridge deck.
- Route 413/265 between Galena and Elsey: Workers and equipment. Patching shoulders.
- Route 76 over Clifty Creek east of Vanzant: One-lane traffic. Bridge deck repairs.
- Route 54 between Weaubleau and Wheatland: One-lane traffic. Contractor crews building shoulders/resurfacing roadway. Scheduled completion: December 1.
- Polk County Route N between Humansville and the Cedar County Line: One-lane traffic. Patching.
- Route 38 near Hartville: One-lane traffic. Patching.
- Webster County Route PP west of Fordland: One-lane traffic. Patching.
- Greene County Route TT near Republic: One-lane traffic. Patching.
- Route 125 in the Bradleyville area: Workers and equipment close to traffic. Mowing.
