WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW
Traffic on Route 364 and Route 94 at Harvester (where Route 364 ends and Route 94 continues) has now moved to the north and south outer roads around the construction zone. To get to westbound Route 94 from Route 364/Route 94 in St Charles, drivers need to take the north outer road through Harvester and rejoin westbound Route 94 near Jungermann. To get to Route 364 and Route 94 to St. Charles from eastbound Route 94, take the south outer road through Harvester and get on Route 364 (or exit just east of that for Route 94).
Crews will now start working on the bridge and mainline.
The current project is a portion of the second phase of the Page Extension on Route 364. This current construction project, which will be completed in latel 2009, will extend Route 364 another mile (basically following Route 94) and will build a one-way outer road system, retaining walls and an improved interchange. This improved interchange will include ramps from the freeway to Harvester Road and a bridge to take Harvester Road over Route 364. This work will mean that traffic on Route 364 will not have a signal from Interstate 270 to Jungermann Road.
The project is expected to be complete by late 2009.

PAGE EXTENSION SELECTED FOR RECOVERY WORK
The Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission has approved American Recovery and Reinvestment Act money for the next section of Route 364. This work has also been approved by the East-West Gateway Council of Governments. The commission has approved spending $43 million to extend Route 364 from the current work at Harvester Road to just west of Central School Road. The project goes out for bid in July 2009, the contract should be awarded in August and work will start shortly thereafter. The Federal government will commit the funds for the project five weeks before bidding opens.

Includes bridge construction at Woodstone, Jungermann Roads and Central School Road, as well as construction of the Rte. 364 outer roads. The Federal Highway bill passed in September 2005 allocated $20 million for Phase 2 of Rte. 364, which was used to purchase right of way and fund utility relocation work. This project will use American Recovery and Reinvestment Act money, pending approval of East-West Gateway Council of Governments. Work should start on this project in late 2009.
- Route 364 from west of Central School Road to Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Includes bridge construction at Kisker Road and Mid Rivers Mall Drive, as well as construction of the Rte. 364 outer roads. Some right-of-way is being bought and some design work has been completed. No money has been allocated for construction. No construction start date has been set.
- Estimated cost in 2009 dollars to purchase the right of way and finish construction on Phase 2 of Route 364 from west of Central School Roadto Mid Rivers Mall Drive is $40 million.
